1. Prohibit anhydrous Run, do not adjust suction to reduce the pump capacity, lower flow working is forbidden

2. Monitor running process to prevent the stuffing box leakage, when replace the stuffing box, should also change new packing
3. Ensure enough flush of water flow for mechanical, do not excess water requirement;
4. Do not lubricate too much
5. Check the pump working regularly. Establish a running record, including operating hours, packing adjustment and replacement, add lubricant and other maintenance measures and time. Pump suction and discharge pressure, flow, input power, the lotion and bearing temperature and vibration should be measured regularly record too.
